RGI: Sustainability at the Core of Business Operations

RGI Rating Index & Conscious Capitalism.

RGI’s value system is based on ethics as the guiding principle of all business; focuses on addressing environmental issues, promoting labor recognition and respect for human rights. From a philosophical point of view, our work is framed within the Conscious Capitalism concept, as we are fully convinced that businesses are powerful changemakers, and not only platforms for commercial success sustained over time, but also bastions of social and environmental care.

We think of our operating principles as commitments and therefore developed the RGI Indexⓒ as a strategic tool to promote good practices related to sustainable agriculture. These practices include a focus on environmental challenges and a responsible attitude towards them, and the development and promotion of eco-friendly technologies.

Human and social aspects are also at the heart of the Index, with special emphasis on human rights, and the promotion of give back initiatives as a way of fostering local community responsibility and addressing inequalities.

RGI works with local winemakers in the major wine regions of the world and is engaged in a joint effort to safeguard environmental sustainability and social responsibility. We honor our shared mission with our wine label: Societās.
